How To Flatten Stamps And Other Annotations Into A PDF
If you have gone to the trouble of having custom built dynamic approval or other stamps created as part of an approval or security workflow, you probably realized that anybody can delete or even copy those approval stamps to another document.
You can use our stamp flattening tool with Acrobat Pro to 'flatten' these stamps so they become part of the PDF document and not just another annotation that can be easily manipulated. You can actually flatten any annotation into the document and use this tool for simple form design directly in Acrobat.
